(GEM) Government, Health and Educational Pricing Program for Eaton UPS Products
In an ongoing effort to make EATON UPSs not only the best to sell but also the easiest, EATON Power Quality Company (EPQC) would like to take this opportunity to introduce our “Government, Educational & Medical (GEM) Pricing Program”!
This program provides EATON UPSs and certain accessories to the Government, Health and Educational Sector at special pricing available through our valued Distribution Partners.
This program is available for all Eaton Single Phase UPS products (Level 3, 5 & 9, Pulsar Evolution, Evolution S, EX, MX & EX RT) and any add-on accessories to the UPS (e.g.: battery packs, web cards, extended service warranties, maintenance bypass, Single Phase ePDUs etc). **
This Program applies to all levels of Government (i.e.: Federal, Provincial, Municipal etc) as well as to all levels of Education (i.e.: Public, Separate, College, University etc).
The Rules of the Program are simple: Eaton will provide special pricing discounts AVAILABLE ONLY through your Eaton Distribution Partner.
-A request for Government/Health/Educational Pricing must be made at the time of quotation from your distribution partner to EPQC.
-This program is not retroactive.
-Your distribution partner requires a copy of the Purchase Order or Request for Quotation from the Government Agency or Educational Institution requesting or being quoted Eaton Products. A copy of this Purchase Order or Request for Quotation must accompany the Purchase Order placed with your distribution partner.
-This Program may not be used in conjunction with any other EPQC incentive or Program (i.e.: Technology Upgrade Program, Rebate etc.).
-EPQC reserves the right to discontinue the GEM program with proper notice given to the assigned Distributor within 30 days.
EPQC validates the GEM program to be in effect as of January 1, 2010 and will end March 31, 2010. Any questions about this program may be directed to your Distribution Partner or your local Eaton Power Quality Company representative.
** The GEM program does NOT apply to the FerrUPS, 3 Phase UPSs or Service Sales items listed in the single phase reference product guide (post sales) opportunities.
